  • Dear Danny, I want to thank you and your organization for the first-rate support you provided me recently. I was forced to land in Medford when my Mooney's engine quit in a flight from my home base in Eugene. You diagnosed and repaired the damaged cylinder. Later I noticed an increase in oil consumption and traced the problem to the repaired cylinder. You again diagnosed and fixed the problem. This service was provided willingly and at no additional cost to me--a full three years after your original repair work! My thanks to Gary Hudnall and his crew. You stand behind your work, and I salute your commitment to quality service and readiness to support your customers. I will not miss an opportunity to recommend your service to other pilots.
